All of our orders are shipped Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (EST). If you need assistance with your order outside of these hours, we will get back to you the following business day.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will give you a refund if you are unhappy with your order. Use our contact form to get let us know you’d like a refund.
If your order arrives damaged, we will resend your order.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Orders of three cards or less the shipping cost will be $2.50.
Orders of four or more cards and/or products will ship for free. The discount will appear in your cart.
We do not ship internationally.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your tracking number will be sent by email after the order has been processed or can be found by logging into your account. Once you receive your tracking number, contact the carrier to receive delivery date. If your carrier is not helpful, let us know and we will help you track down the package.
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I’VE ALREADY PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to order already placed.

The cards are printed on 100 lb Finch Fine ID cover stock, the ink is HP indigo Ink, and the envelopes are Neenah, Royal Sundance – Kraft.
IS IT SMYTH OR SMITH?
It is Smyth with no “e”.
